摘 要:研究旨在探索红景天多糖以及三种添加方案对猪精子冷冻保护效果的影响。实验1中,在冷冻保存Ⅰ液中分别添加红景天多糖分别为0、2mg/L、4mg/L、6mg/L、8mg/L和10mg/L;实验2中,在冷冻保存Ⅱ液中添加红景天多糖,浓度同实验1;实验3基于实验1和2,对比了三种红景天添加方案对猪精子冷冻效果的影响。研究结果表明:1、红景天多糖较适宜添加浓度为6mg/L,能明显提高猪冷冻精子品质,并能为猪精子提供较好的抗氧化作用;2、三种添加方案中,在Ⅰ液中添加(方案A)对猪冷冻精子保护效果明显优于方案B和C(P<0.05)。In this study, the effects of different concentrations and three adding proposals of rhodiola polysaccharides on freezing boar spermatozoa were tested in three experiments. Experiment 1, rhodiola polysaccharides were added into freezing extenderⅠ, and the concentrations were 0, 2 mg/L, 4 mg/L, 6 mg/L, 8 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively; Experiment 2, rhodiola polysaccharides were only added into freezing extender Ⅱ, and the concentrations were same as experiment 1; Experiment 3, based on the above, three adding proposals of rhodiola polysaccharides on freezing boar spermatozoa were tested. Results: 1. the optimum concentration of rhodiola polysaccharides was 6 mg/L, and could improve the post-thawing quality and antioxidation for boar spermatozoa during the freezing-thawing process; 2. among three adding proposals, proposal A was superior to proposal B and C (P0.05).
