摘 要:以轻烧镁砂粉和轻烧白云石粉为原料在不同的烧结温度下制备了MgO-CaO材料。研究了不同的烧结温度对MgO-CaO材料的显微结构及体积密度、抗水化等性能的影响。结果表明,MgO-CaO材料的主要矿相为MgO、CaO,与烧结温度无关,其合成实际上是原料中的MgO与CaO在高温下扩散至均匀以及MgO、CaO晶粒长大的过程;MgO-CaO材料的相对密度随温度的变化呈现抛物线增长趋势,MgO-CaO材料的抗水化性能取决于CaO的分布及其晶粒的大小,烧结温度越高,CaO分布越均匀,晶粒粒径越大,抗水化性能越好;只有当烧结温度大于1830℃时,才能制备致密度高、MgO与CaO分散均匀、晶粒发育完善、抗水化性能优越的MgO-CaO材料。MgO-CaO material was prepared at different sintering temperatures with light-burned magnesite and light-burned dolomite as raw materials.The influence of sintering temperature on microstructure,bulk density and property of hydration resistance of MgO-CaO material was studied.The results show that the main phase of MgO-CaO material is MgO and CaO,which is irrelevant to sintering temperature.The synthesis of MgO-CaO material is actually the procedure of MgO and CaO of raw materials diffusing to uniform and of the growth of MgO and CaO.With the sintering temperature increasing,the relative density of MgO-CaO material increases in the tendency of parabolic curve,hydration resistance of MgO-CaO material depends on the distribution and grain size of CaO.With the sintering temperature increasing,the distribution of CaO becomes more and more uniform and the gain size is bigger and bigger,so the resistance against hydration becomes better.Only the sintering temperature is higher than 1830 ℃,can the MgO-CaO material with high density,unifom distribution of MgO and CaO,full-grown grain and excellent property for resistance to hydration be prepared.
