摘  要:为了改善轴承钢渗硫层在油润滑条件下的摩擦学性能,将FeS粉末作为添加剂添加到润滑油中使用,在球-盘摩擦磨损试验机上考察了FeS微粒与表面硫化层的复合作用。研究表明:渗硫盘与润滑油中的FeS微粒可以取得很好的复合效果。在磨损过程中FeS微粒可以不断被吸附到表面从而有效地补充渗硫层的损失,增强了渗硫层在较苛刻工况下抵抗磨损的能力。在合适的添加浓度下,使用粒度较小的FeS复合作用更为明显。In order to improve the friction properties of sulphurized layer on GCr15 bearing steel under oil lubrication,the new lubrication way of using FeS particles as oil additive was adopted.The synergistic effect of sulphurized layer and FeS particles in oil were examined by friction and wearing test on a ball-on-disc testing machine.The results show that the synergistic effect of FeS particles and sulphurized layer presents good friction performances for the sulphurized GCr15 bearing steel.FeS particles are absorbed to the wearing surface to supplement the loss of sulphurized layer in the process of wearing.The better effect by using FeS with smaller particle size as additive in lubricating-oil can be expected and the concentration of FeS particles in the oil is optimized based on experiment.
