摘  要:力量素质是各项运动的基础素质,对棒球运动也是一样,无论是在进攻时的打击还是在防守时的传球,尤其是投手这个重要的位置更要有出色的力量来作为保证。力量虽然不是棒球运动中的绝对重点,但却是基础,通过合理的安排力量练习达到一定的效果,再配上技术训练的合理安排,专项成绩提高的才快,过度追求完美的技术训练,而忽略了力量训练,容易发生劳损,如投球过多,以致发生劳损,使运动员受伤。可见力量训练对投手的重要性!棒球投手力量的练习方法主要包括以下几个方面:杠铃的力量练习,徒手的、持杠铃片或轻哑铃的练习和塑胶皮条的练习。在做力量练习时,要注意快慢结合,负重不要过重,量不要过大,防止过大过量的运动对肌肉造成的损伤。The strength quality is each movement foundation quality , to the baseball movement is also same, regardless of being the attack during the offense in defensive time passing a ball , particularlypitcher this important position must have the splendid strength to take the guarantee . Although the strength is not in the baseball movement absolutely key , but is actually the foundation ,achieves certain effect through the reasonable arrangement strength practice , is joined to the technical training again the possible arrangement , the special result enhances is only then quick , pursues the perfect technical training excessively , but has neglected the strength training , easy to have the strain , if throws a ball excessively many , so that has the strain , causes the athlete to the injured . Obviously strength training to pitcher’s importance! The baseball pitcher strength’s practice method mainly includes the following several aspects : Barbell’s strength practice , unarmed , holds the barbell piece or the light dumb bell’s practice and the revertex rawhide’s practice . When makes the strength practice , must pay attention to the speed union , carries a heavy load do not be overweight , the quantity do not be oversized, prevents the oversized movement the damage which creates to the muscle.
