阿托伐他汀联合百令胶囊对原发性肾病综合征治疗的作用

摘　　要：目的观察阿托伐他汀联合百令胶囊治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法85例肾病综合征（NS）患者随机分为A、B二组，其中A组40例，给予基础治疗及阿托伐他汀片（10mg／d）；B组45例，除基础治疗及阿托伐他汀片治疗外，加用百令胶囊（1．0g／次，3次／日）治疗。比较二组在治疗12周后24h尿蛋白定量（UTP／24h）、N-乙酰-β-D葡萄糖苷酶（NAG酶）、肾功能及三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）等生化指标的变化。结果与A组相比，B组治疗后UTP／24h、NAG酶明显降低。治疗前、后肾功能无明显改变。A、B组治疗后血脂（TG、TC、LDL-C）较治疗前明显改善。与A组相比，B组治疗后更为有效改善脂质代谢紊乱。结论阿托伐他汀联合百令胶囊治疗肾病综合征能显著改善患者脂质代谢紊乱，有效降低NS患者蛋白尿。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of atorvastatin and Bai ling capsules in the treatment of nephritic syndrome（NS）. Methods Eighty-five patients with NS were given basic treatments（including methyprodisonlone, nutritional support, blood pressure control）, then all the patients were randomly divided into atorvastatin 10 nag group（group A）, atorvastatin 10 mg and Bailing group（group B） UTP/24 h, NAG, SCr, BUN were measured before and after treatments. Results As compared with group A, UTP/24 h and NAG were decreased remarkably in group 13. TG, TC and LDL-C were significantly lower in group B than in group A. But HDL-C was much higher in group B than in group A. Conclusions Combined use of atorvastatin and Bailing capsules to treat patients with NS could improve lipids metabolism and alleviate the proteinuria significantly.
