蛤蚧定喘胶囊治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :进一步探讨蛤蚧定喘胶囊对支气管哮喘的治疗作用 ,并了解其对体内致哮喘因子的调节作用。方法 :将 4 8例支气管哮喘患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 2 5例 ,应用蛤蚧定喘胶囊治疗 ;对照 1组 2 3例 ,应用丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂 +喘康速气雾剂治疗 ,观察两种治疗方法的临床疗效 ,肺功能变化情况。另选健康者 1 5例为对照 2组 ,比较 3组体内血浆内皮素含量的变化情况。结果 :治疗组、对照 1组 2种方法对临床控制及肺功能改善均有明显作用 ,2组之间无明显差异 ,P >0 0 5 治疗组与对照 1组比较 ,其体内血浆内皮素水平明显降低 ,P <0 0 0 1 结论 :蛤蚧定喘胶囊治疗支气管哮喘疗效确切 ,并有降低患者体内血浆内皮素的功能。Objective: To approach the therapeutic action of Gejie Ding Chuan Capsule in treating bronchial asthma and to study its adjust function to the asthmagenic factor in the body. Methods: We devided 48 cases of bronchial asthma into two groups randomly. In the treating group, 25 cases were treated with Gejie Ding Chuan Capsule, In the control group I, 23 cases were treated with Beclomethasone Diproionate and Chuan Kang Su to observe the therapeutic effect of the two and the changes of the pulmonary function. Another 15 healthy cases were used as control group Ⅱ to compare the changes of the content of endothelin plasma. Results: The treatments of the treating group and control group I can control the clinical manifestation and improve the pulmonary function, but there were no obvious differences between the two, P>0 05. The endothelin plasma of the treating group was obviously lower than that of the control group I, P<0 001. Conclusion: Gejie Ding Chuan Capsule have a sure effect in treating bronchial asthma and the function of reducing endothelin plasma.
