支气管肺发育不良的影像分析

摘　　要：目的探讨支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析经临床及影像学确诊的10例BPD患儿的胸部影像表现。结果 10例胸片:两肺野模糊、透亮度减低的3例,两肺磨玻璃样改变及支气管充气征的3例,两肺斑片影3例,合并肺气肿2例,无明显异常1例。8例CT:磨玻璃样影及实变影5例,多发囊泡状影3例,两肺条索及网格状影4例。结论 BPD的X线及CT表现虽无特异性,但结合病史动态观察对早期诊断有重要意义。Objective To analyze the imaging appearances of bronchoplumonary dysplasia（BPD）.Methods The chest imaging data of 10 cases with final diagnosis of BPD were retrospectively analyzed.Results Chest radiographs of 10 cases showed haziness of the lung field with decrease of radiolucency in 3 cases,ground glass opacity and air bronchogram in 3 cases,patching imaging in 3 cases,the areas of emphysema in 2 cases and no abnormal imaging in 1 case.CT findings of 8 cases were ground glass opacity and consolidation in 5 cases,multifocal cystic areas of hyperinflation in 3 cases,with widespread thicklattice-like shadows in 4 cases.Conclusion The dynamic imaging examinations combined with clinical history are helpful in the early diagnosis of BPD,although the imaging appearances of BPD are not specific.
