摘  要:目的验证碳酰胺对鱼蚌的毒性及危害,为水产养殖区域灭螺提供科学依据。方法设碳酰胺50mg/L、150mg/L和250mg/L3个浓度试验组和1个清水对照组,每池放养等量大众鱼和三角帆蚌,连续观察10d鱼蚌死亡情况。结果碳酰胺50mg/L、150mg/L和250mg/L3个试验组和空白对照组均无发现鱼和三角帆蚌死亡。结论碳酰胺250mg/L以下浓度不会引起鱼蚌的死亡,在水产养殖区域周边陆地的灭螺对水产是安全的。To verify the toxicity and harm of urea to fish and mussel and provide a scientific basis for snail elimination in aquaculture,three test groups with the urea concentration of 50mg/L,150mg/L and 250mg/L were set to observe the death of fish and hyriopsis cumingii for 10 consecutive days.Meanwhile,a clean water group was set for control.Results showed that no death of fish or hyriopsis cumingii was found in all these four groups,which indicates that urea would not cause the death of fish or mussel below the concentration of 250mg/L,and it's safe to conduct snail elimination around aquaculture areas.
