摘  要:在全面了解误操作原因的基础上,采用HAZOP分析技术分析振动流化床的操作情况,并对可能发生异常操作提出相应的预防措施(包含硬件和软件上的措施),从而建立安全生产操作"一对一"检查规程,促进本质安全化。Studying the abnormal operations and the misoperations in complex systems composed of men, machines, processes and environment in chemical engineering process, especially in high-hazard chemical engineering process, is one of the core technologies to insure the chemical industries running safely. HAZOP analysis technology was used to investigate the operating conditions of vibration fluidized bed in this paper. In order to avoid abnormal operations, preventive measures (including hardware and software measures) were proposed. The safety operation rules of "one to one " inspection were established to promote the inherent safety.
