摘　　要：大学生职业生涯规划作为影响毕业生就业的重要因素之一,得到了高等教育机构的普遍重视。文章通过对大学生职业生涯规划大赛选手的调查和走访,分析当前大学生在进行职业生涯规划时存在的现实问题及原因,并思考研究解决的对策,对于提高学生职业生涯规划的实效性有重要的指导意义。College students career planning as an important factor effects the employment of graduates,and gets universal attention by institutions of higher education.Through surveying and visiting players of college students career planning competition,the paper analyzes the existing practical problems and the reasons when they plan their careers,and thinks about the countermeasures.It has an important guiding significance for enhancing the effectiveness of college students career planning.
