摘　　要：随着与东盟各国经济交往的增加,我国对东盟的投资开始逐步升温。但国内对东盟各国的投资法律与政策还不甚了解。本文从国际法、区域法与国内法三个层面介绍了东盟及各国的投资规定,以求对那些试图到东盟去投资的人士有所帮助。With the development of the economic exchanges with ASEAN countries, China＇s investment in ASEAN began to gradually warming. However, the home has not understood the investment law and the policy in ASEAN countries very well. The article provides discussion regarding investment provisions in ASEAN and other countries at international, regional, and national levels, and attempt to help people who are attempt to invest in ASEAN countries.
