医院门诊处方点评工作的实践与体会

摘　　要：目的对我院门诊处方实施综合评价。方法随机抽取2009年9月～12月以及2010年2月～5月处方每月门诊处方100张分别进行用药评价。结果我院门诊患者用药基本合理,实施新的处方点评工作表后不合理处方率明显下降。结论处方点评制度的实施对医疗机构的处方质量、合理用药、费用控制等方面起到了很大的促进作用,新的处方点评表更有利于提高门诊用药的合理水平。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the prescriptions of our hospital outpatient. METHODS We selected 100 prescriptions randomly of outpatient per month from September to October in 2009 and February to may in 2010,evaluated them according to the requirements of state ＂Prescription Management Measures. RESULTS The situation of prescribing were rational in general. As a result of prescription evaluation being carried out,the irrational prescription decrease significantly. CONCLUSION The implement of new prescription evaluation regulation in the medical institute could make progress remarkably in prescription quality control,rational administration,and expenditure control and so on, and enhance the developing of rational administration.
