摘　　要：目的:探讨将护理流程优化重组在大规模复明工程中的应用效果。方法:回顾以往的复明工程经验,分析在护理工作中存在的缺陷,根据结果对复明人员的入院、流程、检查流程、健康教育流程、护理记录书写流程等护理流程进行简化再造。结果:通过缜密的计划,门诊完成筛选,集体预约进行检查,集中进行健康教育,分班书写护理记录,优化了管理流程。结论:经过护理流程的优化重组再造,提高了工作效率,保证了护理质量,满足了短期内集中进行大批量白内障复明手术的需要,减少了护理风险的发生。Objective：To study the optimization and reorganization of the nursing process in large-scale effects of Fuming engineering. Methods：To review previous Fuming engineering experience,analyzed the defects in nursing work based on the results Fuming hospital personnel,inspection procedures,health education process,such as nursing care and record writing process can be simplified process re-engineering. Results：Through careful planning,out-patient to complete screening,the collective appointment checks focus on health education,placement writing nursing records,optimizing the management processes. Conclusion：After optimization and reorganization of nursing process re-engineering to improve the work efficiency,ensure the quality of care to meet the short-term focus on the need for high-volume cataract operations,reducing the risk of the occurrence of nursing.
