摘　　要：目的：研究ＩＬ－６对登革Ⅱ型病毒（Ｄ２Ｖ）复制的影响以及细胞感染Ｄ２Ｖ后ＩＬ－６产生能力的变化。方法：以人单核细胞为感染模型，用微量蚀斑法测定病毒滴度，用ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定ＩＬ－６含量。结果：重组ＩＬ－６能增强Ｄ２Ｖ的复制，Ｄ２Ｖ感染能引起人单核细胞产生ＩＬ－６，它们的水平与Ｄ２Ｖ感染量正相关。AIM:To study the effect of IL-6 on D2V replication and production of IL-6 by D2V infected cells.METHOD:Human monocytes from normal peripheral blood and cord blood were used as D2V infected target cells.Plaque-forming test determinate D2V titration and ELISA analyze the production of IL-6.RESULT:IL-6 could enhance D2V replication in human monocytes.The production of IL-6 was increased by D2V infected cells and level of IL-6 was parallel to infected D2V concentration. CONCLUSION:IL-6 play an important role in dengue virus infection.
