华铸CAE软件在熔模铸造中的应用

摘　　要：根据熔模铸造的热交换特点,合理地选择熔模铸造的物性参数和界面参数,利用华铸CAE铸造工艺分析软件对导向轮轮镦的熔模铸造进行了充型凝固过程数值模拟,进而从四种备选工艺方案中选出一种最优的工艺方案。本文的研究结果为实际生产提供了科学依据,为华铸CAE软件在熔模铸造中的应用提供了一次成功实践。According to heat exchange features of investment casting and reasonable choice of physical property parameters and interface parameters,the numerical simulation of mold filling and solidification process for investment casting of guide wheel bracket was conducted by using analysis software InteCAST.An optimum process was selected from four kinds of casting process.The simulation result will supply theoretical support for practical production.It is a successful practice in application of software InteCAST in investment casting.
