摘 要:掺磷是一种促进铕离子还原的新方法。本文研究了掺磷量对Sr3Al2O6基质中Eu3+还原的影响,探讨了还原样品中铕离子价态的稳定性。实验表明,磷进入了晶体格位并引起晶格常数改变,调整(NH4)3PO4.3H2O掺入量可以得到仅发出黄绿色光的Sr3Al2O6:Eu荧光材料;虽然掺磷对Eu3+的还原有非常显著的促进作用,但掺磷量足够大时仍不能使Sr3Al2O6基质中的Eu3+完全还原;在高能紫外光照射下,掺磷样品中残余的Eu3+有被还原的趋势,这对于改进铕离子的还原方法有一定的促进作用。Phosphorus doping is a new method for enhancing the reduction of Eu3+.This paper investigated the effect of doped phosphorus on the reduction of Eu3+ in Sr3Al2O6 and the stability of europium ions.It is shown that the phosphorus can embed into Sr3Al2O6 matrix crystal and change the lattice constant,and yellow-green light-emitting Sr3Al2O6:Eu phosphor can be obtained.The doping of phosphorus can enhance the reduction of Eu3+ significantly,but Eu3+ in Sr3Al2O6 can not been reduced completely even if the doped phosphorus is enough.The calculation performed from the emission spectra of samples shows that the remained Eu3+ in samples has the trend to be reduced when irradiated by high-energy ultraviolet light.
