摘　　要：大学生人格优化是指引导大学生在理性认知健全人格属性和价值的基础上,通过系统培育而使大学生具有良好人格,以提高大学生的素质,促进大学生全面发展。在大学生人格优化中促进大学生的全面发展,应当构建学校教育、社会教育、家庭教育、自我教育等相互促进、形成合力的人格优化培育系统,多渠道、多层面加强大学生良好人格教育。Character optimization among the college students is based on the rational thinking and the character complement to guide and train the college Students to improve their character. To promote students＇ all round development through the optimization of personality, a personality optimization system is to be set up with the integrated effect of school education, social education, family education, and self-education so as to achieve an all-round and multi-level personality education among college students.
