光大木业森林采伐权权益置换模式的研究

摘　　要：许多投资林业的企业因为所在国的森林采伐权问题而备受困扰。通过对光大木业在柬埔寨的森林采伐权权益置换实践这一典型案例的研究,认为采伐天然森林已不符合世界潮流,应改变思路,以森林采伐权交换其它可实现的权益;并指出政府、国际机构、环保组织应积极支持、参与企业的森林采伐权权益置换,而针对不同企业研究新的置换模式将是今后的研究方向。Many corporations and companies that invested in forestry are now bothered by forest concession issue of those countries they located in,and for this,a research was conducted as a typical example on Ever-bright Company＇s forest concession exchange activities in Cambodia.It have been realized that natural forest cutting should be stopped and natural forest should be protected.The corporations and companies should find a way to exchange for real profit with forestry concession.Meanwhile,the governments,international associations and environment protection organizations should support and get involved in the forest concession exchange activities of those corporations and companies in a positive way.The following researches will be on new exchange models according to different companies.
