HPLC法测定复方胆通片中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量

摘　　要：目的建立复方胆通片中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量测定方法。方法以甲醇-水(50:50)为流动相,Hypersil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,检测波长分别为225与250nm,流速为0.8ml/min。结果穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯分别在浓度为2.068～12.408、8.104～48.624μg/ml范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.31%、99.13%,RSD分别为1.06%、1.46%。结论该方法简便、快速,分离度好,其他成分无干扰,测定结果准确可靠,可用于复方胆通片中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量测定。Objective To establish HPLC method for the content determination of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in Fufangdantong tablets. Methods The Hypersil C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water （50： 50）. The UV detection wavelength was 225, 250 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min. Results The linear range was 2. 068 - 12. 408 μg/ml for andrographolide, and 8. 104 -48. 624 μg/ ml for dehydroandrographolide. The average recovery was 98.31% and 99.13% , respectively. The RSD was 1.06% , 1. 46%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Fufangdantong tablets.
