摘　　要：目的系统评价左旋卡尼汀改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的临床疗效和安全性。方法检索万方数据库和中国期刊全文数据库。纳入含左旋卡尼汀改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的随机对照研究。结果共纳入25个随机对照研究,1938例患者,Meta分析结果表明,加用左旋卡尼汀治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组[OR=1.30,95%CI(1.21,1.39)]。结论左旋卡尼汀应用于改善慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗是有效的。由于本系统评价纳入的研究存在偏倚的可能,对结果的论证强度会有影响,期待有更多高质量的随机对照试验加以证明。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of L-carnitine in the improvement of cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Wanfang Database and CJFD was searched. Randomized controlled studies with L-carnitine improvement of cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure were included. Results A total of 25 randomized controlled study of 1938 cases of patients were included. Results of Meta analysis showed that the therapeutic effect of L-carnitine treatment group was better than that of the control group [ OR = 1.30, 95% CI （ 1.21, 1.39 ]. Conclusion L-carnitine is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.
