摘　　要：通过对地方高校特殊属性及目前地方高校科研评价体系缺失的分析,讨论高校科研工作在地方经济社会发展中的作用,提出为地方经济社会贡献度应该作为地方高校科研评价体系中不可缺失重要组成部分。Through the analysis on special properties of local colleges and universities and their current deficiency of science and research evaluation system,the role of research work in local colleges and universities in local economic and social development is discussed,and the author claims that the extent of social contributions of research work to local economy and society should be an important and indispensable part in the evaluation system of research work in local colleges and universities.
