摘　　要：在介绍融资租赁理论的基础上,针对试验装备建设中所面临的经费和技术难题,提出了在试验装备建设中应用融资租赁的设想,通过对比研究,分析了应用融资租赁解决这一难题的有效性和可行性,并提出了相关的建议。This paper introduces the theory of financial leasing,according to the financial and technical problems existed in the construction of the text equipment,proposes the idea that financial leasing applied in the construction of test equipment.Through comparative study,analysis the availability and the feasibility of applying financial leasing to resolve this problem,and put forward relevant proposals.
