摘　　要：阐述了汽车车身装焊质量的控制是整车制造过程的重要环节,直接决定整车产品的质量及性能,为了保证良好的车身装焊质量,提出必须从产品开发、工装的设计和制造、工艺的规划、工装的使用和维护、现场技术问题的控制、工人的操作以及零部件的尺寸稳定控制等一系列环节,进行综合的过程控制。The welding quality of vehicle body has direct influence on the vehicle quality and performance.The inherent law of the vehicle welding is analyzed,which points out that exerting comprehensive control over the following aspects is necessary to ensure the good vehicle body welding quality.The involved links and processes are product development,design and manufacture of the processing equipment,formulating of the processing technology,operation and maintenance of the processing equipment,settlement of the field technical problems,worker＇s operation and guarantee of the parts dimension,etc.
