摘　　要：户籍制度是政府职能部门对所辖人口的出生、死亡、迁徙、婚姻等基本状况进行登记并进行相关管理的一项国家行政管理制度。他不仅反映人口的基本信息,而且与人的社会身份、社会地位、职业相关。这样,户籍制度就不仅仅是提供人口统计的基本信息资料,而是包括与公民的身份、职业等权利相关的一系列的社会管理制度。以广义的户籍制度为研究视角,从中国当前的户籍制度入手,分析其局限性,研究其在公民社会生活中对公民身份的影响。The householder system is the system of administration of the execute branch for the people who live in the area which it control, such as the birth, death, migrate, marriage, etc. It not only reflects the fundamental information, but also related to the social capacity, status, profession of the people. So, the householder system is not only the system of statistics, but also the system of the social administration. In the broad sense, the article analyses the limitation of the current householder system of our country, and do the research on the effect of the citizen status in citizen’social life .
