摘　　要：随着高校后勤管理的社会化改革,水电管理也日趋规范化、科学化。"以电控水"的高校学生公寓水电管理智能控制系统实现了集购电、用电、计量、控制、统计、管理于一体的先进管理模式。As the development of logistics socialization,management over water and electricity is becoming increasingly standard and scientific.Consequently,the water and electricity intelligent contol system of controling water through electricity was adapted,which integrates electricity consumption,electricity purchase,measurement,control and management in university students apartment.
