会阴切开缝合术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨自然分娩会阴切开缝合术的临床应用。方法:本院2007年3月～2009年3月产科收治的120例自然分娩会阴切开的产妇,随机分为对照组(采用正切术)60例和观察组(采用侧切术)60例,观察两组切口疼痛情况、愈合情况及产后远期效果进行对比。结果:观察组会阴切口疼痛、愈合情况及产后远期效果与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:会阴侧切术愈合率高,愈合后的切口瘢痕小、改善了产妇的产后生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the natural childbirth suturing episiotomy clinical application.Methods：Through our hospital from March 2007 to March 2009 120 cases were treated obstetric vaginal delivery maternal episiotomy,and randomly divided into control group（patients with tangent） 60 cases and the observation group（with lateral surgery） 60 patients observed incision pain,healing and long-term effects of postpartum compared.Results：Perineal incision in the observation group,healing and long-term effects of postpartum compared with the control group there was significant difference（P0.05） . Conclusion：Episiotomy healing rate of surgery,a small scar after healing,to improve maternal postpartum quality of life,is worthy of clinical application.
