负性生活应激事件对农村围绝经期患者心理状况影响的调查分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的:调查分析负性生活应激事件对农村围绝经期患者心理状况的影响,据此制定及实施针对性的护理干预,维护和促进该群体的身心健康。方法:将350例围绝经期患者进行《伯恩斯焦虑症清单》(BAI)、《伯恩斯抑郁症清单》(BDC)及负性应激生活事件问卷调查,将调查数据进行统计学处理及分析,据调查结果制定并实施护理干预,评价干预效果。结果:农村围绝经期患者焦虑及忧郁症状明显,26个负性生活应激事件中有6个是农村围绝经期患者焦虑及抑郁症状发生的危险因素,护理干预后患者的焦虑及忧郁程度明显减轻。结论:负性生活应激事件是影响农村地区围绝经期患者身心健康的重要因素,增强患者对负性生活应激事件的应对能力,降低患者的心理应激程度,对维护其身心的健康、防治其疾病的发生发展具有重要意义。Objective： To institute and enforce nursing intervention to protect and promote the countryside perimenopausal period patient＇s physical and mental health,investigate the negativity life stress event influencing on their psychologic status. Methods： Questionnaired 350 peri-menopausal period patients about BAI,BDC and negativity life stress event,and runned statistical treatment and analysis.Enforced nursing intervention and then evaluated the intervention effect. Results： Dysphoria and lypemania symptom in peri-menopausal period extremely obviously,6 of 26 negativity life stress events were risk factors. Conclusion： The negativity life stress events are important factors influencing on the countryside peri-menopausal period patients＇ physical and mental health.So reinforcing their coping capacity and lightening the level of their psychological stress are important to protect their physical and mental health and prevent the disease occurrence and development.
