海洋测绘数据库支撑下的航海图书生产与保障

摘　　要：经过61年的发展建设,我国航海图书生产已形成较完善的生产体系,建立了成熟的基于计算机辅助制图的海图生产模式,生产技术已经达到较高水平。但随着航海图书生产与应用领域的不断拓展,当前的生产与保障模式面临着许多需要解决的问题与难点。在分析我国航海图书生产体系现状及面临的挑战的基础上,对我国航海图书生产与保障的发展方向进行了研究和探讨,提出了建设以海洋测绘数据库为支撑的信息化航海图书生产与保障体系,并从5个方面进行了详细阐述。After developing and constructing for 61 years,a perfect production system for navigational publications was formed,the chart producing mode based on computer aided drafting was constructed,and the production technology was reached high-level.But with the producing of navigational publications and the broadening field of its application,many problems and difficulties need to be solved under current production and guarantee mode.The developing direction for the navigational publications production and guarantee on the basis of analyzing the current condition of its production system and challenge were studied and researched,the informatization navigational publications production and guarantee system were proposed under the support of hydrographic surveying and charting database and the discussion were expounded in detail from 5 aspects.
