摘　　要：中央商务区(CBD)是高端现代服务业集聚之地。该区域一般是以商业、金融、文化创意产业为主。每个CBD由于历史、条件不同,其产业成长路径也有所不同。但是,政府实施产业政策、创新网络、培养市场、政府协调、优化环境都对CBD现代服务业具有促进作用。本文重点对促进CBD商业、金融、文化创意产业集聚成长进行对策性分析。CBD works as the concentration area of nance service and cultural creative industries dominate modem high- end service industries where commerce, fieconomic development. Due to different evolution history and conditions, each CBD is different from others in its route of industrial development. On the other hand, government can promote the development of modem service industries in CBD areas by implementing industry assistance policies, cultivating new markets, creating intemet service, improving governmental coordination and optimizing natural and business environment. Consequently, this essay emphasizes on the countermeasures to the growth and concentration of commerce, finance service and cultural and creative industries in CBD areas.
