近代中国金融同业组织保护权益的机制研究——基于上海钱业公会的视角

摘　　要：近代上海钱业公会通过协调和自我实施,形成一个内部强制执行的多边声誉机制,使集体报复的威胁真实可信,让政府不敢轻易侵犯商人的权利。本文运用重复博弈理论证明,以多边声誉机制为基础的行业协会制度是一种有效的市场制度,它能够使政府遵守承诺、保护商人权利,扩大市场交易,增加社会收益和政府税收。Through co - ordination and self - enforcement, Shanghai Native Banks＇ Guild formed an interior multi -reputation mechanism enforced compulsively, causing threat of collective retaliation credible and preventing governmental invasion. By applying repeated games in this paper, it is concluded that Guild＇s institution based on multi -reputation mechanism is efficient, which made the government obey their commitments, protect merchant＇ rights, and extend market transactions to increase social benefits and tariffs.
