摘　　要：通过对惯例的演化分析,从一个微观视角阐释了重点产业的内核。作为重点产业,必须具有强价值创造能力,才能够在激烈的市场竞争中获得持续增长,而不仅仅是通过规模扩张获得表面的繁荣。采用基于经济增加值的指标来衡量产业的价值创造能力,对陕西省进行了实证研究。Based on micro perspective,this study explains the kernel of the key industries. As key industries, it must have a great capability to creative value, must gain sustainable growth in the competitive market. Further, this study measures the industries＇ value creativity by the EVA indices, and gives an empirical study of Shanxi province.
