摘　　要：本文从资金投入量、资金投入布局和资金投入效益三个方面介绍了中国农业科技成果转化资金项目的实施现状,着重总结和分析了项目的组织与运行机制及在运行过程中的成功经验。最后针对项目管理中存在的不足提出了新的思路和建议,为农业科技成果转化资金的科学管理提供决策参考。From the points of inputs, input layout and investment effectiveness of the funding, this article introduces the status quo of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation fund, and focuses on the smnmary of the operation mechanism and the successful experience of the process. Finally, against the shortcomings in project management, this paper puts forward new ideas and suggestions on agricultural science and technology transformation fund for the scientific management.
