摘  要:为了提高快速成形原形均匀着色效果,减小着色误差,通过激光束扫描实验研究,对彩色成形加工过程中产生着色误差的因素进行了分析,对制件平面度误差与树脂表面着色颜料的流动性之间的关系以及加工工艺的影响因素进行了研究,确定出提高着色精度的措施。In order to improve the uniform coloring effect and reduce the coloring error of the rapid prototyping workpiece, experiments were carried out by laser beam scanning. The influencing factors of coloring error generated in the color molding process were analyzed. The relation between flatness error and coloring pigment mobility of the resin surface, and factors affecting the process were studied. Measures for improving the coloring accuracy have been obtained.
