摘  要:EVA薄膜是V法铸造最为关键材料。EVA薄膜的成型工艺主要为吹塑膜与流延膜二大类。流延膜与吹塑膜最大区别在于薄膜的纵向和横向特性不同。本文在热成型箱实验中设置泡沫栅栏,模拟薄膜在复杂铸造模具上的覆膜过程,研究栅栏的高度及栅栏间的距离对薄膜成型性能的影响;针对这两种薄膜的各向异性,分别作了横向和纵向成型的对比研究。实验结果揭示了吹塑膜和流延膜的不同的热成型性及其各向异性特点。EVA film is the key material in V-process.The forming process of EVA film includes blowing and casting.The most difference between casting film and blowing film is their vertical and horizontal features.In this paper,the bubble fences are set in thermoforming test,in order to simulate the iamination process on complex casting mold of films and to study the effect of fence height and the distance between fences on forming properties of film.The comparation of horizontal and vertical forming have been done for their anisotropy.The results revealed their different characteristics of thermoforming and anisotropy.
