参连提取物对慢性心衰大鼠血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参连提取物对慢性心衰大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法:从红参、黄连中提取人参总皂苷和黄连小檗碱,然后按比例混合作为参连提取物。以皮下大量注射异丙肾上腺素(ISO)的方法制备慢性心衰大鼠模型。造模成功后,连续给药四周,测定左室内压峰值(LVSP)、左室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左室内压上升最大速率(+dp/dtmax)、左室内压下降最大速率(-dp/dtmax)、心率(HR)和心重指数。结果:与模型组相比,参连提取物能显著改善慢性心衰大鼠的LVSP、LVEDP、+dp/dtmax-、dp/dtmax、HR和心重指数的异常变化。结论:参连提取物是部分中医方药有效防治慢性心衰(CHF)的物质基础。Objective：To study the effects of extracts from ginseng and coptis on hemodynamics parameters of chronic congestive heart failure rat model.Methods：Total ginsenoside and berberine were extracted from red Ginseng and coptis,then the extracts from ginseng and coptis were mixed according to certain ratio.Animal models of heart failure were induced by subcutaneous injection of a large dose of ISO.The drugs were taken by oral for 4 weeks and to determine LVSP 、LVEDP、＋dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax、HR and cardiac weight index.Results：Compared with that model group,extracts from ginseng and coptis increased LVSP、LVEDP、＋dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax、HR and heart weight index of congestive heart failure rat.Conclusion：The extracts from ginseng and coptis are effective material in treating CHF.
