链脲菌素诱导糖尿病性勃起功能障碍大鼠模型的建立

摘　　要：目的:通过腹腔注射链脲菌素制备糖尿病性(diabetes mellitus,DM)勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunc-tion,ED)大鼠模型,为研究糖尿病性ED提供实验动物模型。方法:Wistar大鼠120只,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三组,每组分再为糖尿病组(DM)20只,对照组(NDM)20只,DM组腹腔注射链脲菌素(streptozotocin,STZ,60mg/kg体重)建立DM动物模型后,注射阿朴吗啡(apomorphine,APO,80μg/kg)观察8周、12周及16周组大鼠阴茎勃起情况,制备DM性ED大鼠模型。结果:DM组大鼠成模49只,8、12、16周分别为17只、17只、15只,注射阿朴吗啡后勃起次数分别为(1.0±0.0)、(1.0±0.0)(、1.0±0.0),勃起率分别为35.3%、23.5%、13.3%,ED发生率分别为64.7%、76.5%、86.7%;NDM组60只,勃起次数分别为(2.2±0.8)、(2.3±0.8)、(2.0±0.7),勃起率均为100%,ED发生率为0。两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:链脲菌素诱导糖尿病性ED大鼠模型方法可行、可靠。Objective：To establish suitable diabetic rats models with erectile dysfunction.Methods：Wistar rats were injected intraperitone-ally with STZ to make experimental models of DM.Injected with apomorphine,penile erection of the rat models with DM and the controls were observed and noted on the 8th,12th and 16th week from the 4th day of STZ injetion.Results：The DM ED rat modelwas eatablished after 8,12 and 16 weeks,the rate with penis erection in diabetic group was only 35.3%、23.5%、13.3% respectively,which was much lower than that 100% in the control groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：STZ injected intraperitoneally can construct DM ED rats models safely and effectively.
