纳米囊及其制备方法的研究

摘　　要：纳米囊是纳米粒的一种,是一种新型的纳米级药物载体系统,具有小粒子特征,可以穿越生物膜屏障和网状内皮组织系统到达传统药物无法到达的人体特定部位,建立起新的给药途径;其制备方法和材料的多样性又可赋予药物许多新的特点,是一个极具潜力的药物新剂型,因而引起广泛关注。本文就纳米囊的特点和优点进行研究,阐述了其负载药物和载体材料的种类,并重点对其制备方法进行了归纳总结,为纳米囊的进一步研究提供了基础。Nanocapsule is a kind of nanoparticles and a kind of Nanopartiele drug delivery system as well,It can pass through biological membrane barrier and meshy endodermis system to reach certain parts of the body which traditional drug can＇t accomplish for the characteristics of small particles,so a new route of administration is established.The preparation methods and the diversity of carrier materials enriches the drugs numbers of new features,and it is a new formulated drug with great potential,which caused wide concern.In this paper,the characteristics and advantages of nanocapsule was studied,showing its load of drugs and carrier materials,types,with an emphasis on summarizing its preparation methods while basis is supplied for further study on nano-capsule.
