摘　　要：脑钠肽是一种具有多种生理活性的多肽。可以评判左心功能,预测急性冠脉综合征（ACS）及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后患者的预后。此外,对心力衰竭和急性心梗治疗（AMI）也有显著疗效。Brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） is a polypeptide with multiple physiological actions. It can be used for the judgement of the left ventficular function and prediction of the prognosis patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）or underwent Percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Reeombined BNP is effective in cases of deeompensated heart failure and acute myocard infarction（AMI）.
