慢性前列腺炎封闭治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性前列腺炎封闭治疗的经验及临床效果。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2010年我院经会阴部行前列腺穿刺封闭治疗慢性前列腺炎患者41例的临床资料。结果 20例伴有排尿困难、尿频的患者中,排尿症状完全消失者为16例,2例症状减轻,2例无明显变化。18例伴有耻骨上区、会阴部坠胀不适的患者中,症状消失者8例,症状减轻者5例,无明显变化者5例。10例滴白,伴性功能减退患者中,症状消失者2例,无明显变化者8例。无一例患者出现发热或畏寒。结论慢性前列腺炎封闭治疗效果好、并发症少,手术操作简便。Objective To investigate the closed treatment of chronic prostatitis experience and clinical results; Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2009 to 2010 in our hospital perineal puncture closure of the prostate treated 41 patients with chronic prostatitis clinical data; Results Of 20 cases accompanied by dysuria, urinary frequency of patients, urinary symptoms completely disappeared in 16 cases, 2 patients, 2 had no significant change. 18 cases accompanied by the suprapubic area, perineum bulge ill patients, the symptoms disappeared in 8 patients, symptoms were relieved in 5 cases, no significant changes in 5 cases. Drops of 10 cases of white patients with sexual dysfunction, symptoms disappeared in 2 cases, no significant change in 8. None of patients with fever or chills; Conclusion Closed treatment of chronic prostatitis and few complications, the operation is simple.
