摘 要:采用溶胶—凝胶法以玻璃片为载体,钛酸丁酯为主要原料,制备出了两种负载型TiO2薄膜催化剂,其浸渍镀膜分别在超声波和非超声波情况下进行.通过原子力显微镜(AFM)对其进行表面分析,结果显示:超声浸渍提拉方法所制备的TiO2薄膜表面平整,而采用非超声波浸渍提拉方法所制备的TiO2薄膜表面较粗糙,但具有较大的比表面积.将两种TiO2薄膜分别在紫外光辐射下对磺胺甲恶唑(SMX)进行降解,结果表明SMX浓度范围为5.25~84mg/L之间时,其光催化降解符合一级反应动力学(R2=0.989~0.998).非超声浸渍提拉方法所制备的TiO2薄膜在初期使用时由于具有较大的比表面积,SMX降解较快,但在使用中发现该方法所制备的TiO2薄膜容易出现脱落现象,催化剂的流失导致SMX降解速率迅速下降.超声浸渍提拉法所制备的TiO2薄膜在使用过程中降解SMX的速率无明显变化,AFM结果表明没有明显的脱落现象,其催化膜层与载体结合较为牢固.Glass pieces were immerged in sol-gel solution of titanium (IV) n-butoxide under ultrasonic and no ultrasonic respectively and were drawn to get two kinds of TiO2 film,named sample 1 (with ultrasonic) and sample 2 (without ultrasonic). Their surfaces were detected by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) to find the surface of sample 1 was smoother than that of sample 2, but sample 2 had more exterior area correspondingly. The two types of TiO2 thin films were respectively used for sulfamethoxazole (SMX) degradation as photocatalyst under ultra violet, the experimental results showed the photocatalytic degradation of SMX in the range from 5.25 to 84 mg/L follows the first-order kinetics (R^2 = 0. 989 - 0.998), and sample 2 was more efficient for SMX degradation than sample 1 at initial stages,because sample 2 had more exterior area,but TiO2 on the surface of sample 2 peeled off from the glass easily after long used, which resulted in inefficient for SMX degradation. The similar phenomena did not appear on sample 1 ,and it almost keeps the same efficient for SMX degradation like its original state because of its better stability.
