累积提升在维修机库钢屋盖结构施工中的应用

摘　　要：在海航集团新华航空公司维修机库钢屋盖结构工程中,通过将局部拼装与提升工艺的有机结合,交替进行,形成整体结构,最终完成钢结构的整体提升。解决了大跨度、大面积空间钢结构不同标高部分的拼装支撑问题。采用地面分区域拼装,流水施工,加快了施工进度,提高了现场施工安全及便于质量管理,保证了整体提升施工的顺利进行。In the steel roof structure engineering of HNA Group China Xinhua Airlines hangar assembly and lifting technology are structure and to realize the integral large-span big space steel structure assembly and sequential construction combined organically and are carried out alternatively to lifting of steel structure finally. Assembly and supporting at different elevations are overcome. The adoption of quickens the construction schedule, improves the site form a , local whole difficulties of ground segmented construction safety and quality management and guarantees the smooth and successful integral lifting construction.
