发泡疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察发泡疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为发泡疗法组和通络止痛膏组,每组30例。发泡疗法组给予外用发泡药物痛点贴敷,每周1次,连续治疗2周;通络止痛膏组给予外用通络止痛膏,每天1次,连续治疗2周。分别于治疗前和治疗结束后应用膝关节WOMAC评分法对两组患者进行评分,同时观察两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者WOMAC评分均降低(P<0.05)。发泡疗法组功能障碍评分和总评分降低更明显,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后疼痛、僵硬评分差值比较,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均有少数患者出现皮肤过敏现象,停药后症状消失。结论:发泡疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切,安全可靠。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of blistering therapy on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis（KOA）.Methods：60 KOA patients met inclusion criteria were randomly divided into blistering therapy group（BT group）and TONGLUOZHITONG plaster group（TLZT group）,30 cases in each group.Patients in BT group were administrated with external vesicant drug applied at pain spots,once a week for consecutive 2 weeks.Patients in TLZT group were administrated with external TONGLUOZHITONG plaster,once a day for consecutive 2 weeks.Patients′ situations were scored according to Knee-joint WOMAC scale before and after the treatment respectively,meanwhile,the adverse reactions were observed.Results：After the treatment,WOMAC scores of 2 groups were all lowered（P〈0.05）.Dysfunction scores and total scores of BT group were lowered more obviously,there was statistical difference between the 2 groups（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference on the difference values of pain and stiffness scores before and after the treatment between the 2 groups（P〉0.05）.A few patients of the 2 groups appeared skin allergies,but the symptom disappeared after stopping drug.Conclusion：Blistering therapy has an exact curative effect on the treatment of KOA,and it is safe and reliable.
