摘  要:目的探讨大黄虫丸防治肺纤维化作用及机理。方法用平阳霉素诱导肺纤维化模型大鼠后,用药组每天灌胃大黄虫丸,分别于第7天,14天后处死各组大鼠,观察、比较各组大鼠肺部病理组织学改变及肺泡灌洗液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)表达。结果第14天模型对照组出现一定程度的肺纤维化,模型对照组肺纤维化程度显著重于正常对照组(P<0.05),大黄虫丸组肺纤维化程度显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05);第7天、第14天模型对照组SOD活性显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);大黄虫丸组与模型对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。第7天模型对照组LPO活性与正常对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);第14天模型对照组LPO显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);大黄虫丸组显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论大黄虫丸能明显减轻平阳霉素所致的大鼠纤维化程度,并能显著降低LPO的表达。Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Dahuangzhechong(DHZC) on pulmonary fibrosis.Methods Pulmonary fibrosis was induced by bleomycin A5 in SD rats.Rats in drug group were killed after taking DHZC daily for 7 and 14 days.The lungs of all rats were harvested for histopathological study.The contents of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)and lipid hydroperoxide(LPO) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were measured and compared.Results The degree of the pulmonary fibrosis in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was increased significantly in model group as compared with the normal group and content DHZC treated group(P〈0.05).The activity of SOD in model group was lower than that in normal group on the 7th day and 14th day(P〈0.05),and there was no significant difference between model group and DHZC treated group(P〉0.05);the content of LPO in model group was higher than that in normal group on the 14th day(P〈0.05),and the content of LPO in DHZC treat group was lower than that of model group(P〈0.05).Conclusion DHZC can significantly decrease the content of LPO and alleviate the degree of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin A5 in SD rats.
