中药野菊花对家兔眼刺激性结膜炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究中药野菊花对家兔眼刺激性结膜炎的药效作用,为药效组分的研究提供依据。方法采用野菊花水煎剂作为试验样品,以珍珠明目滴眼剂作对照,用兔眼斑蝥酊刺激性结膜炎模型,观察各实验组动物的眼刺激症状和结膜组织病理学变化。结果野菊花水煎剂高剂量组给药1 d后炎症明显减轻,给药5 d后受试动物结膜炎症消失。病理组织学检查:野菊花水煎剂高剂量组、阳性对照药组水肿评分与模型组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),低剂量组水肿评分与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论野菊花水煎剂对急性刺激性结膜炎有明显的治疗作用。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effect of the water extract of Flos chrysanthemi indici.in experimental rabbit irritative conjunctivitis model.Methods Rabbit cantharides tincture conjunctivitis model wasmade to observe different groups of animals＇ symptom and conjunctiva histopathology,and then it was compared with the effect of Zhenzhumingmu gutta.Results It showed that the inflammatory reaction was obviously alleviated in high dose group after giving the water extracts of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici.one day later and almost recovery after five days.Histopathologic examination showed that high dose of Zhenzhumingmu gutta group had very significant difference（P〈0.01） about hydroncus score compare with model group and low dose group does too（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The water extract of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici.has evident therapeutic action on acute irritative conjunctivitis.
