摘　　要：通过对三种关于法人本质承诺的理论比较优势以及盲区和误区评述,笔者认为对法人的本质认识应该是二维的:其一,法人团体是依法生成的独立主体,有独立人格;其二,法人团体可以模拟为成员个体的成年子女。With a comparison of and comment on the superiority,and the blind and erroneous areas with three kinds of theory on the pledges about the nature of the legal person,the present writer advocates that the understanding of the nature of the legal person is two-dimensional.First,the group of legal persons is an independent body coming into existence in a legal way,and having independent personality;second,this group body may simulate into the grown-ups of the individual member of the body.
