摘 要:利用小球烧结和氢气还原工艺制备了粒径1~5mm的多孔性球形海绵铁,对球形海绵铁去除水体中亚硝酸盐的效率及去除动力学进行了研究。结果表明,溶液初始pH对亚硝酸盐去除效率的影响显著,初始溶液接近中性时有利于亚硝酸盐的去除,而酸性和碱性条件都不利于亚硝酸盐的还原去除。亚硝酸盐质量浓度较低时,亚硝酸盐质量浓度对其去除率影响较小;亚硝酸盐质量浓度较高时,亚硝酸盐的还原反应具有一定的滞后性,但还原反应速率较高。海绵铁还原亚硝酸盐为1级反应或准1级反应,反应级数为0.827~0.985,反应速率常数为0.248~0.843(mg·L-1)1-·nh-1。随着反应的进行,亚硝酸盐还原产物氨氮以气态氨形式从水体逸出。Porous spherical sponge iron with 1~5mm diameter was prepared by mini-pellet sintering integrated with H2 direct reduction.Static state experiment has been carried for investigate the nitrite removal efficiency from polluted water by the spherical sponge iron and to explore the nitrite reduction reaction kinetics.It was suggested that initial pH in solution had significant influence on nitrite removal percentage.When the pH was closed to neutral condition,the nitrite removal percentages were higher than that as the initial pH was acidic or alkaline conditions.When nitrite original concentration was lower,the nitrite initial concentration had less impact for the removal rate of nitrite.Nitrite concentration is high,the reduction reaction of nitrite with a certain lag,but has a higher reduction rate.Sponge iron reduction of nitrite in the reaction is first order reaction or quasi-first order reaction.The reaction order was 0.827~0.985,and the reaction rate constant was 0.242~1.394(mg·L^-1)^1-n·h^-1.Along with nitrite reduction reaction carrying through,molecule-state ammonia could be escaped from water solution in the form of ammonia gas.
