摘 要:采用厌氧-混凝-UV/Fenton工艺处理中药浸膏药渣渗滤液,研究了该工艺的可行性以及相关工艺参数。结果表明,在厌氧反应水力停留时间为8d时,COD去除率达到58.9%;混凝时,氯化铁混凝剂在pH为4、投药量为1.5g·L-1时COD去除率达到最大值,为53.1%,比硫酸铝混凝剂最佳条件时要高;在UV/Fenton反应时,经氯化铁混凝剂处理的药渣渗滤液,在光照时间120min、pH为5、H2O2与COD量比1、Fe2+与H2O2量比为0.04时,色度、COD去除率均达到最大,且都满足污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)二级标准,该工艺可行。Leachate from Chinese herbal medicine residue was treated by anaerobic-coagulation-UV/Fenton reaction.The feasibility and parameters of above processes were investigated.The experimental results are as follows:the removal rate of COD is 58.9% with the retention time of anaerobic reaction for 8 days.When FeCl3 is used as flocculants,the removal rate of COD is 53.1%.And pH is 4 and dosage is 1.5 g·L^-1,COD is higher than that of Al2(SO4)3 flocculants at the optimum conditions.During UV/Fenton reaction,after leachate from Chinese herbal medicine residue was treated byFeCl3flocculants,the removal rates about colority and COD all could reach maximum values,which under the optimum conditions with 120 min illumination time,pH value of 5,molar ratios ofCOD:H2O2=1:1 and Fe2+:H2O2=0.04:1.The effluent CODand colority meet the requirements of the national second class standard of sludge comprehensive discharging standard(GB 8978-1996) and the processes are feasible.
