摘  要:对自制分离式氧微电极进行了性能测试,并将其用于活性污泥絮体内溶解氧分布的测定。结果显示,制作的氧微电极线性响应好,对测试样品中溶解氧浓度的线性响应回归系数为0.9986,响应时间5s,稳定性较好;能定性和定量分析活性污泥絮体中溶解氧的浓度变化,结合絮体中其它基质的浓度水平变化,不仅可得出污泥絮体的尺寸,而且能反映出絮体内部微环境的变化特征。The performance of privately-separated oxygen of microelectrode was tested,which was used to determine the distribution of dissolved oxygen in activated sludge floc.The results showed the oxygen microelectrode had a good linear response,and the regression coefficient of linear response to the dissolved oxygen concentration of the samples tested was 0.9986 when the response time was about 5s.Also,it had good stability and could analyze the concentration changes of dissolved oxygen in activated sludge floc qualitatively and quantitatively.When the concentration changes of other ions in floc were considered,the size of sludge flocs could be measured and the change characteristics of micro-environment inside the flocs were revealed.
