升流厌氧污泥床/生物滴滤池/兼性塘处理养猪废水

摘　　要：针对养猪废水COD高、NH3-N高、SS高的特点,采用升流厌氧污泥床(UASB)/生物滴滤池/兼性塘作为主体处理工艺,通过合理的配水方式达到良好处理效果。UASB池采用消化污泥接种,滴滤池采用自然挂膜法启动,经3个月的运行,对COD、BOD5、NH3-N、SS的去除率分别达到了95.0%、99.8%、86.7%、97.5%,出水各项指标都达到畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准(GB18596-2001)。Based on the characteristics of high COD,high ammonia and high suspended solids in Piggery wastewater,a treatment process of UASB /Bio-tricking Filter/Facultative Pond with reasonable water distribution mode was used and good results were obtained.The digested sludge was used for seeding in UASB and natural membrane formation was used for Bio-tricking Filter during the starting period.After start-up for three months,the removal rates of COD,BOD5,NH3-N and SS reach 95.0%,99.8%,92.4%,86.7% and 97.5% respectively.All the effluent indexes meet the requirement of discharge standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding（GB 18596-2001）.
