摘　　要：电力调度数据网是电力调度生产直接相关的各应用系统信息传输的基础平台,是电力调度生产的专用数据网络。文章分析了黑龙江电力调度数据网原有网络存在的问题,从数据网拓扑结构及配置、OSPF路由协议、MPLS/BGP VPN的实现、网络管理等方面,对黑龙江电力调度数据网的改造进行了探讨,并介绍了改造后黑龙江电力调度数据网的应用。Heilongjiang power dispatching data network is the basic information transmission platform that is directly serving for power production and dispatching.It is also the private data network for power dispatching of Heilongjiang Electric Power Company. This paper analyses the existing problems of data network, and discusses the upgrading plan from the aspects of network topology and configuration, OSPF routing protocols, MPLS/BGP VPN realization,and network management etc. The application of upgraded data network is also introduced in the paper.
